IXYS Colorado will ship your purchase via United Parcel Service, FOB Factory (Fort Collins, CO USA). When making a purchase, you may select from your preferred UPS service transit time.
Return Policy
In the event that your purchase does not fit your application, contact the factory for product returns and refunds. We will refund your purchase less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. In order to receive a refund, the return must arrive at the factory in “like new” condition with original packaging and complete accessory kit.
